1. General Information
Cakesy is an online cake shop based in Hyderabad, Telangana, offering freshly baked cakes for delivery and takeaway. We specialize in custom cakes, celebration cakes, and other confectionery items.

2. Ordering Policy

  • Orders can be placed online through our website or mobile app.

  • Customers must ensure all order details (including delivery address, contact number, date & time of delivery) are accurate.

  • Custom cake orders may require advance notice of 24-48 hours.

3. Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallets.

  • Prices listed include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

4. Delivery and Takeaway

  • We offer same-day delivery for select cakes (cut-off time applies) and scheduled delivery for custom cakes.

  • Delivery is available within Hyderabad city limits.

  • While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers opting for takeaway must collect their order from the selected pickup location at the specified time.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery/pickup are eligible for a full refund.

  • Custom cake orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

6. Product Quality & Allergens

  • Cakesy maintains strict hygiene and quality standards.

  • Our products may contain allergens such as eggs, dairy, nuts, gluten, etc. Customers are advised to review product descriptions or contact us before placing an order.

7. Liability

  • Cakesy is not liable for any health issues arising due to undisclosed allergies or improper storage of cakes after delivery.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 2 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Cakesy website/app, including images, logos, text, and recipes, is the property of Cakesy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and ensure the safety of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your data.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
